High pressure oxygen lines’ degreasing process in Petkim Star Refinery İzmir Aliağa was completed by DESER KIMYA. 304 quality oxygen lines were connected with a carbon steel line to establish circulation and a temporary station was established in the field in order to dose the necessary chemicals and get instant feedback analysis from the system. Water from both lines was regularly analyzed by Deser’s supervisors in the field and chemicals were introduced accordingly. Highest standards of work and environmental safety were followed during the project and samples from water and piece of the pipe were send to accredited laboratory for grease testing.
